| Event Details : | Takes the managerial-leadership team through an evaluative series of Q&A exercises that allows it to asses if their independent and interpersonal actions are congruent with where they should be, whether core competencies, core business units, and core beliefs are aligned, and if not, how to re-evaluate where they should be (with maps from Risky Business: Wise Organizational Decision Making Skills at The C-Level© book).
Each session of Leadership Survivor Institute will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Tulsa Metro Chamber office,
second floor conference room, 2 W. Second St.
Cost to attend is $75 per module, or $450 for the entire series.
