BEYOND Motivation to IN-SPIRATION!
Even though all of my Keynotes get wheels turning and sparks flying, I believe in giving audiences and attendees "Power Tools" they can use in their day-to-day work and personal lives long after my presentation has concluded. My greatest joy is getting to be a catalyst for IN-spiration - helping people look WITHIN and build HABITS based on TRUE motivation and personal power.

OK, I admit it. Like any professional speaker, I really do DIG it when thousands of people are sitting and listening to little 'ol me, BUT - based on my personal experience on both sides of the podium - audiences get a lot more out of a Keynote when they feel like they are a part of what is happening. While there is a time and place for background music or hearing songs played exactly as they are on the radio with little to no other communication, I believe in letting the audience know that they are a part of my shows & like to keep things interesting! I really enjoy sharing stories & "behind the scenes" stuff, throwing in some musical surprises & really pay attention to what is working, as every audience & organization has its favorites! In other words, my concerts are somewhat of the "flip side" of my keynotes - with all of the same attention and focus on my audience but more MUSIC!
